1st time when the car was brand new so no issues at all
2nd time few weeks after that and paid a good RM27/- for car wash quality worst than under the trees. What annoyed me was nobody tried to pick-up / return to my call and sms. As tough they can't be bothered with your feedback. Would not send my cars there and won't recommend others as well
