I sent my water pump solely for repair and servicing the internals. I knew exactly what was wrong with it (shorted capacitor caused by a bad o-ring) but since I had to go buy the parts from them, might aswell just let them do the servicing due to conveniency.
Went to pick it up today and was really disappointed with their job. I was charged RM115 and was told they cleaned everything and replaced the capacitor. They also installed a 10ft 3-pin plug (which I have to remove because its connected to a timer internally) and charged me for it without asking me, even when I already left my number with them. Instead of just changing the o-ring, the mechanic decided to seal the pump with silicone, making future service a bloody hassle. I don't understand what they meant by cleaning, because after inspection, there were still stones and rusty flakes coming out from the pump, and the pump was still quite dirty. Even without dissembling the pump, I can guarantee they don't bother to solder the wires, just twist and tape the wires and seal it shut with glue.
Another reason why I dislike this place is due to how bad their customer's service are, especially the Indian lady. Always speak to customers with an angry face and disgusting attitude, as if we owe her money and have zero knowledge about anything. Their service were decent the last time I went just because they realized I was there to buy an expensive hydraulic jack.
