โ โ โ โ โ I. AM. VERY. DISAPPOINTED. At first i dont want to say anything or even leaving reviews like this, but seeing soooo many bad reviews i just have to make it plus... the staff are very unfriendly, and very harsh with customers... i dont want to say more things im unsatisfied with, this is all ill leave for now, who know i'll feel like trying and give this place a chance to showing a lil bit better service :-)

โ โ โ โ โ The price for soft rebonding is not reasonable for me. Very pricey for just a normal treatment. They supposed to have a price lists and details of their service for customer's reference.

โ โ โ โ โ the service is so slow and bad. poke my eyes couple of times while drying my hair without saying anything and she so rough! my scalp hurt so bad feel like got scratched. i even said 'aww' 'auch kasarnya' so many time but she just ignored it. my hair cutting is also bad. when whatsapp asking for price she said total around rm160, then suddenly need to pay 200+. sorry but not worth it at all. will never come again.

โ โ โ โ โ I did Relaxing in Feb 2022. It is ridiculously THE WORST. Now its April and my hair still smells chemical????????? I dont know what products they used for the Relaxing. They claimed its less chemical but i think thats A LIE with my hair stings more than 2 months? (Normal Relaxing only takes a week for the smell to fade off) Their steamer is not in a good condition. YET they tried to scam by saying its not the steamer that isnt working well, its the hair condition of an individual that makes it not working. Which is RIDICULOUS. Their service is very very very SLOW but initially I was ok with it thinking they would do great for my hair. But NO, it was a MISTAKE to have their service. Will not repeat & recommend anyone to come here.
