★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying out HGourmet and I was not disappointed! In fact, I was confused as to why not many people were around when I came in (which was during lunch hour on a Saturday). The food they serve is healthy AND delicious (something I can’t say for many healthy food places), service from staff is wonderful, and the ambience is just perfect. People should definitely give this place a try! ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H Gourmet is the first Sous Vide Dine-in & Express Concept Store in Malaysia. I was invited for the grand opening on March 2021. Personally, I like the concept and the ambience of the restaurant. The green feels so refreshingly healthy. Look at all my photos how delicate the plating in each serving.
Do not miss the interesting Nasi Lemak Ice Cream or Truffle Ice Cream for dessert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dinner I've ever had in JB ever since dine in is allowed. The salad is perfect 10/10, best salad I've ever had. Wanted to take a photo of its full view but too shy in front of my bosses haha. They serve the prettiest, healthiest, delicious, bountiful dishes. I had the sous vide chicken roulade, flavourful and unique, and I would definitely like to try the sea bass or salmon the next time.
