★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to H2 clinic Muar customer service. Hope the management trained your staff well before serving customer. Nvr explain and inform what kind of product putting on my face, this gave me a shocked when the staff suddenly applying things on my face without notice. I’m having a mysterious journey during my whole facial treatments?.
Same experience goes to my mom too. And she said the customer service are even worst than previous. She ask for blanket from the staff but they said “we don’t provide blankets “. Okay fine, at least they should takes action to slow down the aircon. But my mom was freezing cold during her facial times?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not a new customer. During 2019 their service was good and staff were friendly and professional. However after MCO in May 2022. I’ve had a very bad experience at Muar Hii-Clinic. Those staff were unprofessional and terrible. I’m disappointed to their service.
Doing Aqua facial treatment without steamer and Sunblock. Asking how to take care after doing laser also cannot answer.
Dr Tee, hope all your staff were well trained.
They are UNPROFESSIONAL, Not even worth 1start ! ??????
