Thanks for motivation. Did speed up the process on my own meeting with ptgwp. At last managed to avoid late penalty by vendor but have to pay for one month worth of cukai taksiran when the property still not mine.

β β β β β Very slow service and response. had them handling my property transaction but keeps getting stuck at various stages. Even when free of any issue, just advising the bank to release the redemption sum took more than 3 weeks!
