★ ★ ★ ★ ★ before this i went to uptown damansara H2g expert. it really works after 3-4 treatment. and i bought a hair mist n i really love it. after a year i just found out the branches move to the curve. so i went there just to buy a hair mist.
when i step in the shop the counter staffs looks confused at me as i am a stranger. they look at me just like im gonna do something bad. i felt really insecure like am i a bad person?. one of the staff i knew her from damansara H2g branches. so i said hey do you recognise me? and she make this weird face and say ‘ so? what you want? ‘. i just act normal so i can get the hair mist. and they say theres no hair mist here. thinking that im in the wrong shop. i walk out the shop feeling ashamed and depressed of how they treat me.
after 1 year from now i still remember and feels frustrated from it. WORST customer service ever.
