★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took more than 15 mins for my daughter to get a scoop of raspberry sorbet ice cream in a cone.
There was only one person in charge of preparing the ice cream & whatever dish is on the menu. Whereas 2 other employees are only trained to either make coffee or serve customers.
There were a lot of disgruntled customer who paid a lot of $$ and kept checking on their order on a very hot day.
Come on Haagen-Dazs, surely you can train your staffs to be flexible in their roles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendants are very rude in general besides being rude there are a lot of customers today but they still refused to open upstairs. They also refused to give customers reason why they refuse to open upstairs to us.
