★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very excited to enjoy the buy two scoops free two scoops promotions. However it was quite disappointing that the cones was bitter ?. We have to throw the cone half way.
The taste of the jasmine pomegranate flavor ice cream was very special. Very romantic taste. Tiramisu mochi is very surprising with the small mochi inside.
Please check the cone, it's quite disappointing. Thank you.

I want to dine in but there is no place so I decided to takeaway. Then a customer left. I got place to seat. I already spend more then RM 100 but your staff cannot provide me a glass of plain water. I think this will be my last time. Tq Haagen-Dazs gurney plaza.

Pricey but tasty as the price.
The ice cream melted in quick even before served up to the table.
3 stars for that.
Expect more that you all can do better.
