★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14Jan2021. Visited Habib Ampang Point. SOP wise = thumbs ? . Attended by Aishsh Elysha. Very pleasant sales person and soft spoken.
However, as widely known Habib company, was unable to provide customer with simple blank gift card for customer to write simple messages to recipient of the gift i.e for wedding or going away present. Only birthday card was available.
Big company lacking to go the extra miles for such simple gestures... weird but true.
So as a customer, allow me to give you Mr Habib Jewels a simple suggestion.
Turn your nice receipt folder as a simple smaller blank gift card for customer to write whatever message we wish to write.
Simple solution goes along way of customer experience and appreciation.

But not many parking available near to the shop itself.
Staff friendly.
Need to take numbers and wait for them to entertain you (maybe during covid time).
Slow payment, more than 10-15 minutes to get the receipt + payment complete.

Ariff has now relocated to the Semua House outlet but I would text him as and when I wanted to get something for myself. A trusted jewelry store.

2) Friendly staff. They give good suggestions in choosing rings and I'm very happy with thier service.
3) Eventhough the shop us crowded, the shop really follow the SOP.
