Suruh tambah kuah pun layan nak tanak suruh tuang separuh eh pergi tuang penuh then blah dengan muka tak puas hati ? I pun kerja fnb tapi penat macam mana pun tak patut kot layan customer macam tu . Kami pun puasa jugak tapi layanan macam tu ke kami dapat ?
Food, price okay. It's just that the customer service is so bad that they want to change the gas, do you have to make a face? Ask him to add gravy and serve me, tell him to pour half of it, eh, go pour it full then blah with a dissatisfied face? I also work on fnb, but I'm tired of any kind, I don't deserve that kind of customer service. We also fast, but can we get that kind of service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here to dine-in at 10pm, but till we were choosing the lok lok the staff didn't mention us anything and they were just staring at us. And after we step to the counter, we wanted to order fries but they refused even they have that. Their reason to refuse was because they want to close later so it will be hard to prepare our order. We understand and accept for what they say and paid. Till that also they didn't inform us, they are going to close at 11pm. Then, 10mins later once we prepare the sauce and sat down at the table, one of the staff came to inform us that we couldn't dine-in since they're going to close the shop and they ask us to takeaway.
Come on this is horrible, they should inform us earlier so that we might move to some other place. It was a horrible customer service and they don't know to satisfy their customers.
