★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a wonderful dinner before heading back to Singapore. First time at a Malaysian outlet of Haidilao and despite a slight hiccup in service initially, it was more than made up for by our warm, friendly and hard working server, Shi Pei. Thank you and we'll be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, friendly, good service by all Haidilao staff. Only the sausage is too hard and crispy, not really recommend. 冻豆腐also not worth to order. Meat are very fresh, love their signature noodle too. Love to see handsome staff dancing with noodles haha. Very happy mood after dining at this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always coming back to haidilao for the good service, our server ke xin (可欣) was very observant and pleasant! There was a little mess up in the system regarding the meat prices and we were served half a portion of meat on the house! Really appreciated the gesture, prices are also much more reasonable than Singapore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, probably even better than the one I’ve had in KL. Hui Ling /Hui Ying was my server, super courteous, friendly and helpful. Was very attentive as well to my parents, and was so super nice of them to celebrate my mom’s birthday too! Super energetic, upbeat and well trained too. Definitely a great asset to the company. Food wise, everything was fresh and tasty, just wished they had the live performance of the noodles. Thanks for the great experience for the family too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Hai Di Lao outlet in JB. Crowded as always but not as bad as other countries. Variety is much fewer but service is great as always. Couple of interesting soup options like Japanese Dashi and Fish Maw Soup. Unfortunately, they don’t have the usual spicy mushroom cold dish. The free popcorn is crunchy and nice. Be sure to get some!

I must say, excellent service more than in 5 star hotels! Everyone was very attentive, rendering service with pride and smile. I actually forgot in a moment that I am dining in the restaurant as the last time I had this “wow” service was in St. Regis Resort Mauritius when we went for holiday. The restaurant capacity is big, quite full and we are only allowed to dine in for 2 hours due to popularity and queues. I was sooo happy playing with the meow machine server! I think that’s the first one here in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Overall is superb! Quality food, impeccable service, inviting ambience, efficiency, even the online booking is easy, so giving it 10/10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for dinner alone on a weekday and surprisingly the place is quite packed with people. As expected, the service here is impeccable. The server started by explaining the menu, then afterwards getting suitable sauce for me after viewing what I ordered. They will even help with the cooking and I had a cute doll to sit opposite me since I was alone. Super attentive. Very happy with my dinner here, love the 3 mushroom soup. The only thing to take note will be this price is priced higher than the usual steamboat shop, my dinner cost be RM150. Will definitely come again when in the mood for something special!
