★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall food and environment are satisfied, but what I think can't be accepted is the lady boss never wearing a face mask when serving customer or talking with her staff. I have been there twice in 2021 & Jan 2022 respectively also never seeing her wearing a mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted a simple fuss-free breakfast. Hailam Kopitiam delivered. The breakfast menu had a list of the favourites. My choice was the half boiled eggs on buttered toast with iced Milo. I ordered a steamed butter and coconut jam bun too. Delicious. Reasonably priced.
