★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. How can u let newbies to serve a customer without given guidance. The boss just sit at the counter and chit chat. As a shop owner, u should not let new staffs to serve customer if she is not ready.. Might as well I ask my maid to wash for me, what for to go to ur shop and wash.. Very lousy service. Hair wash can wash until my top is wet.. will never go in this shop again..

There's a man in-charged of cutting my hair. After that, a lady helped to wash my hair which was relaxing and clean. The water did not entered my shirt or went over my face.
But during the hair drying part, he and the lady went quite rough in drying. I wanted my fringe to pushed up and they keep vigorously scrunch my hair so hard that it hurts. He did put wax on my hair but I was not satisfied with the outcome.
Overall, the man's service can be improved as I felt he was quite impatient when he's talking to me. His body language also did not show friendliness throughout the service. Moreover, he too did not suggest any styles I should go for even though I wasn't sure of which hairstyles to get. If all these can be improved, I am surely will be back to visit this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been their regular customer for more than 7 years. All I wanted is neat, tidy and quick cut and they have it all! Don’t expect every barber to understand your hairstyle during the first or second visit. After all, quick cut. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stylist is very unprofessional and no manners. Requested to trim my hair, he just simply cut and don't bother to put more efforts. I got waist length hair but the whole cutting process took like 15mins and he is like rushing to finish the job. The outcome is not satisfying. Very ugly hair cut and side by side unbalanced. For such a price i would better chose other salon that provide better skills & services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right choice go for this saloon as the hairstylist (owner) is very professional and will suggest which hair style is suitable to you with his experience. Important is all products using is quality and worth it (example I always dye my hair others saloon will using cheap products and not a month all the colour will drop and not lasting) but this saloon all products is quality even I’m curl my hair also the curve can stay a year plus. He will always help me think what colour should apply and you always won’t get it from others saloon cause the colour is mix by himself (confirm won’t crash colour with outside ppl?)
