A little disappointment on the incident below:
Saw this hair salon Fave voucher with price RM18. Texted the shop owner for the booking and he/she said I can pay the same price without buying the voucher.
However when I came on the same day I texted, the hair stylist told me that I need to pay additional RM5 due to Chinese New Year. I told him that I was promised with RM18 and he said you can come back after CNY.
Since I had came all the way to the saloon, I doesn't feel like going back without my hair trimmed. I paid total of RM23 for my hair cut.
I don't mind paying extra RM5 but the shop owner should be telling me when I texted him/her. It's a matter of trust in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience getting my hair done. Firstly, the staffs are all very friendly and approachable, especially Mr Js Lee. One of my favorite part of going to this saloon is that they make sure to explain in detail on what the process is so that you'll be comfortable. Mr Js Lee was very patient and willing to give you the information you would need to know before you get your hair done. Similarly, when I got my hair coloured, Mr Js Lee ensured to share the information about hair colours that will be most suitable and long lasting for me. I really appreciated that because getting suggestions and advices from someone knowledgeable about hair care and styling will be very helpful with our desicion. They're very attentive and will make sure you're comfortable throughout the process? I highly recommend this saloon as they're very patient in handling their customers. SOP is always prioritized!!! I hope you have an amazing experience just like I did.
