Bad experience and dont think i will visit this Hairstory''s branch again.
When i arrived i was searching for the previous
Hair stylist that did my daughter's hair (amazingly) . But he was no longer working there. So another staff attended my daughter, she obviously dont know what 2inch means(i requested 2inch trim) , my daughter hair was almost waistline, but she cut until shoulder length, i ask her, why too short.. She continues cutting my daughter which shocked my sister n myself.. I told her to stop twice, then only she stopped cutting . My daughter was really upset but i have to lie to her and say its beautiful.
On the same day my sister bought her son, another hair stylist did his hair, again the hair stylist didn't show any intrest to the boy hair, instead he was anxiously wants us to exit. Such a sad experience because we are regular customer of Hairstory (other branch also). As you can see below, my remark was really positive.. But this time was a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The backside of my head is not balanced. The hairdresser said the unevenness was due to my skull shape, but I've never met this issue before in my previous experience with other salon. If the skill is not up to standard, then don't find excuse to blame on customer's skull shape. Even said it's top 1 in Penang. Sorry, but very disappointing.

Every each of them have their own unique styling way. They are professional and never disappoint me on my every visits. Thanks to Clara, Max, May, Yo-yo & Vincent for always take turn in taking care & styling my hair all this while. I’m so greateful for the efforts for making my hair always looks healthy.

Will definitely go back to this salon the next time. Most importantly, I love my hairstyle now....absolutely worthy for money.
