paling penting tuan rumah yang sangat baik dan peramah..
very comfortable .. complete furnishings for a homestay..it's perfect for a family stay @ large troupe ..
spacious parking ... spacious grounds ... close to restaurants, malls ..
most importantly a very kind and kind host ..

Near to mosque, restaurants, grocery stores, petrol station and laundry.

Eating place are plenty, very near. less than a km away.
Going to putrajaya, ioi city mall, serdang hospital, upm, uniten, unikl should be no problem at all. They are within a 4 km away.
