★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite decent food with big portions. The environment was cozy and really nice place to hang out. Major pros was waiters and waitresses were all very very friendly! Definitely will be back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied. It's just what i expected from tonkotsu ramen. The ramen is springy , the egg is well made. The chasyu is tasty & melt in mouth once you eat it. The soup broth has thick taste of pork, a very good combination with green tea.
Definitely satisfied my crave for japan tonkotsu ramen.
RM28.30 ramen + green tea, including tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the tonkotsu (pork broth) ramen. Thick broth compared to other ramen chains and quite generous with the meat! Overall, great place to satisfy your ramen cravings.
The price is affordable. Despite the Saturday crowd, service is excellent and do keep it up. Enjoy the wonderful food and service. Yes, will dine next time soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as expected, service so-so, a bit overpriced for the taste as I could easily get a similar taste by cooking Japanese pack ramen. The only special criteria is that the charsiu is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit surprised to see the "Ichiran" restaurant empty during peak dinner time on Saturday night. Then, I realized it is called "Hakata Ichiran".
I did put a high expectations for Japanese ramen restaurant, but ended with disappointment. I believe many don't mind the originality of their brand, but at least they need to be prepared up to the standard of the Japanese Ramen.
Their noodle is just ordinary ramen noodles (Yellow noodle) that you found in many other local Japanese restaurant. Their tonkotsu broth is fine, but nothing to shout about. Three pieces of small Chasiu, I am not sure it is also from the ready made supplier just like their noodle. No bamboo shoot, No garlic, no sichimi, no sesame etc. provided.
They not even serve you a cup of water when you are at the seat. Many many missing parts for a normal Ramen Restaurant. The only good thing is they have nice interior that looks like the Ichiran and it is clean.
Parking is real headache as many eateries around packed with customer. Be ready to wait and turn a few circles to get a space especially during dinner time.
I sincerely hope that the owner will put more emphasis on the food quality, prepare with quality ingredients and proper ramen service. It is just a waste of the effort if just leave the problems unattended, where with some degree of upgrade on the food quality, they can win the heart of the ramen lovers in the Juru area.
