β β β β β Seems very incompetent to me. They don't know what's going on, very lazy to arrange meeting with client when doing MOT transfer etc. Emails don't really get replied in a timely fashion. I have a full cheque wanting and waiting to pay for 6 months for MOT, but don't know who to meet. I even prepare all the documentations etc but very messy from them. I am thinking they are trying to trick me so I miss the payment and they can charge me extra fees?

β β β β β A very bad experience with HHQ. Bought my first property in my life need to experience this. Firstly, asked for quotation for my fees, NO REPLY. Secondly, asked once again, NO REPLY. Thirdly, got a whatapp from them asking me when want to sign SPA but yet does not want to reply my question. FINE.
During SPA date, gladly the lawyer appeared and done signing. After signing, asked when should i pay the lawyer fees to them (EVEN I WANTED TO TRANSFER MONEY TO THEM), NO REPLY. Since their admin team (or what so ever) have no intention to reply my message. I whatapp the lawyer who is there that day for my signing for the status of my stamping for SPA and Loan, NO REPLY. Im fed up on this truly bad experience, if i have a choice, i will not choose HHQ but sadly i do not have a choice as developer assigned it for all buyers (i believe).
