 Sy has an order for medifeet shoes and pays the staff deposit, he said he has to order within a month until then, wait for a month or more, don't call anything, so no staff phone to take, so sy call..staff mcm doesn't know what², dh tu ckp old stock dh xmasuk ... I went to the pharmacy myself to take back my deposit ... I've been waiting for a long time so I can't come back ... even though the free staff doesn't do anything² work ... Hans's pharmacy's bad attitude is the last time I went to the pharmacy chong..layanan tiptop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy healthcare product, a lot of variety with affordable price. Have a lot of choices from medicine to medical devices, also have babies product.
It's just that the service can be improved as the pharmacy is too pack, too many customers but the staff is seems like not enough.
The pharmacist don't entertain the customer enough, too busy to be the cashier. The pharmacist as a healthcare professionals should provide a better pharmaceutical care rather than to be just as a cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate 0, I will do so. My mom and I needed to wait for about 20 to 30 minutes just to talk with the pharmacist (my assumption as she's the only one wearing white coat) . But then, we just walked away as she still did not entertain us and she seemed to ignore us. She was busy entertaining other customers who walked in after us. We planned to hear some explanation regarding the medicines that my mom had bought from there a few days ago since her condition was not too good after consuming the medicines. That's all we wanted.
