★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im dissapointed. You should know better. Customers comes first. Yes your cars are top notch but your attitude is just bad. You can't just take it all out to me because of the bad rating. Me and my family have buisness too and even I have customers with their own attitude and problems that makes me mad but thats part of buisness. I am younger than you but that doesn't mean that you have the rights to be mad at me. I respected you but did you do the same for me, a customer of you? Try being at my place. Promised me around 10.30am but it's already 12p.m afternoon. Called so many times but you wouldn't pick up. Is it so hard to just message? Is it so hard to inform your worker to come earlier? Wouldn't you be mad if you were in my place? There's alot of people that rent cars you know. If you can't keep your promise then don't do it. The review that was given is as honest as it gets. Don't blame your customers because they had a bitter experience.
