★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an urgent enquiry, and then was told to email on the enquiry, even though it is just a single simple question, whether the product can fit the purpose. Hence, request for the contact of the PIC and/or dealer, so that I can get the immediate answer, again was told to email. With such a big corporation , but no one was able to answer my single simple question. So frustrated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service, not recommended. Please dont trust their stock quantity show on their website. Before I purchase their system show still have two pieces available, after make payment they say out of stock need to wait 8 weeks to receive the item. I purchase an item from Hanna Instrument 8 weeks ago, until now still not yet receive. Email many times no reply, call them will say person in-charge not around or absent. Even call them ask some basic info of the product they will say please email us. But NO REPLY.
