The beautician service is all friendly and the atmosphere at the spa is very calm ..... I used to do the oxycyro treatment because my skin is dry so far, I did the oxycyro treatment so my skin is moist?it's the best treatment at Hannan Medispa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dtg dgn 2 org adik ipar. Appointment pukul 4pm. Sampai 3.45pm, saje dtg awal dgn harapan 4pm sharp dah boleh start. Tp hampeh ye. 4.45pm baru dipanggil utk consultation ye bukan treatment. Consultation mmg bagus, so details. Habis consult, i disuruh tunggu extra 15 minit sbb bilik penuh katanya. I— Bukan supposedly dah buat appointment u kena reserve awal2 ke bilik? Luckily beautician tu buat helok2 walaupun tak berapa nak puas. My adik ipar, beautician dia buat suction whitehead blackhead kt hidung je weh??? Pipi dahi semua dia skip. Adik ipar lg satu, beautician tu tanya nak buat LED and suction tak? Kena tambah lagi RM50. Padahal treatment tu mmg sepatutnya ada dlm package tu sekali! Then bila adik ipar i ckp taknak buat eh tetiba dia ckp takpela kita buat for free pulak?? What the actual… Hannan Medispa HQ please do something w ur Kluang branch
I came with 2 sisters -in -law. Appointment at 4pm. Until 3.45pm, just come early with the hope that 4pm sharp can start. Tp hampeh ye. 4.45pm just called for consultation, not treatment. Consultation is good, so details. After the consultation, I was told to wait an extra 15 minutes because the room was full, he said. I— Didn't you supposedly make an appointment and reserve the room early? Luckily, the beautician did the wrong thing, even though she wasn't very satisfied. My sister -in -law, her beautician made suction whitehead blackhead kt nose je weh ??? Cheeks forehead all he skips. Another sister -in -law, the beautician asked if I want to make LED and suction? Need to add another RM50. Even though the treatment should be in the package! Then when my sister -in -law doesn't want to do it, eh, when she arrives, she won't ask us to do it for free ?? What the actual… Hannan Medispa HQ please do something w ur Kluang branch

Kesian org yg simpan duit to have ME TIME.
You should manage your allocation each day of your customers. Jangan tangkap muat.
....
Despite that, the consultation was very good but the treatments not even meet my expectations.
Hope the owner, founder should really take serious on this.
