โ โ โ โ โ Sangat menghampakan! No point buat appointment tp I have to wait sampai 1 jam lebih. Itupun, I bertanya bila turn I for treatment. Kalau tak bertanya mungkin lg lama lah turn I. Bila masa dah delay, kita pun jd rushing and tak seronok nak add on treatmenr lain.
Staff tak professional bergelak kuat sesama sendiri dpn customer (sgt menganggu), please improve this kind of attitude. Thank you.
Very disappointing! No point for an appointment but I have to wait up to 1 hour more. Also, I asked when I turn for treatment. If you do not ask, it may be a long time before I turn. When the time is delayed, we are also rushing and it is not fun to add on other treatmenr.
Unprofessional staff laugh out loud at each other and the customer (very annoying), please improve this kind of attitude. Thank you.
