โ โ โ โ โ They had lousy management. They had their marketing team handling the appointments/bookings on whatsapp. You will not directly deal with the branch team. I already informed them on whatsapp (marketing team) and they asked to come for consultation skin analysis. When I arrived suddenly the consultant on duty had emergency leave and NOBODY was assigned to take over her shift on morning. I wasnโt inform prior my scheduled appointment that no consultation available due to that issue. Very poor internal control because this issue couldโve been rectified immediately if the branch team itself directly inform the customer. Imagine the time I wasted. Only if they have a better internal control.
When I asked regarding the whatsapp number issue, Lisa from marketing team said the reason marketing team handled the customer whatsapp/call appointments is because the branch has problem with their phone number. The number canโt be called. What a dumb answer. Go fix with your telco service regarding branch phone number. Simple issue cannot be handled by your upper management??
Time wasted. My leave wasted. Not respecting peopleโs time. Ended up not having any treatment. I was about to try this medispa to support them. Even the front service already a red flag, I highly doubt on the treatment provided and after-sales service. Not recommended. I shouldโve just stick with Dr Ko.

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended for hair cut here. (unprofessional barbers) Feeling so dissappointed. Price also expensive just for hair cut. Hope can improve service, can ask staff to go training first.
