★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/11 sy dn mak ada temujanji treatment rambut. Bila dipanggil masuk ke bilik untuk consult kerusi yang mak sy duduk patah. Kesian mak sy jatuh sampai terduduk. Tp klu sy yg duduk kerusi tu x tahulah nasib apa sbb msa tu sy tgh pregnant 3 bulan. Dlm borg semua dh isi detail. Camne pn mak sy kesian jugak sbb org tua kan. Msa jatuh belum sakit apa2 lg. Keesokkan hari sampai ke harini mak mngadu sakit2 pinggang. Dah bw p klinik. Dr bg ubat tahan sakit je. Hrp staff lebih brhati2 jga customer terutama untuk warga tua dan ibu mengandung.
 3/11 sy dn mak have a hair treatment appointment. When called into the room to consult the chair that my mother was sitting on was broken. Kesian mak sy fell to sit down. Tp klu sy who is sitting in that chair x knows the fate of sbb msa tu sy tgh pregnant 3 months. Dlm borg all dh fill in details. Camne pn mak sy kesian jugak sbb org tua kan. Msa fell, she's not sick yet. The next day until today, my mother complained of back pain. Dah bw p clinic. Dr. bg painkillers je. Hrp staff more brhati2 jga customers, especially for the elderly and pregnant women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampai pukul 5. Pukul 5.50 baru panggil. Selama2 tunggu takde cakap apa pun. Tanya “lambat lagi ke?” Takde cakap sorry or explain ke apa. Masuk untuk consultation rupanya ada benda kena tambah lagi. Person yg buat appointment kena clear dgn apa yg syarikat product (eg: how things works and so on). Customer service very poor untuk front desk.
Until 5. At 5.50 just called. As long as I wait, I won't say anything. Asked "is it too late?" I won't say sorry or explain anything. Entering for a consultation, apparently there are things to add. The person who makes the appointment must be clear with what the company's product is (eg: how things works and so on). Very poor customer service for front desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teruk gila!! I booked my appointment on monday for appointment hari rabu, and then on the day itself, diorang cancel my appointment cakap “sorry miss, tak sempat” macam tu je???? Sebelum tu bukan main tanya nak join tak banyak kali ? and fyi, bukannya diorang yang bagitau i appointment cancel, I SENDIRI TANYA AND TU JE DIORANG JAWAB!! 0/10 will not go here EVER!!
Terribly crazy !! I booked my appointment on Monday for an appointment on Wednesday, and then on the day itself, people canceled my appointment saying "sorry miss, I didn't have time" like that ???? Before that, I didn't want to ask to join many times ? and fyi, not from the person who told me to cancel the appointment, I ASKED MYSELF AND YOU WERE ANSWERED !! 0/10 will not go here EVER !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak buat rawatan muka secara konsisten? pilih je hannan medispa KK. parking lot banyak. staff dia friendly. booking dulu tarikh before dtg sbb lagi jimat masa. interior dia lawa, service terbaek, utk muslimat mmg best la wat rawatan kat sini.
Want to do facial treatments consistently? choose hannan medispa KK. parking lot a lot. staff is friendly. booking first date before dtg sbb again save time. The interior is cool, the service is the best, for Muslim women, it's the best treatment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to put 3 stars for them. I booked for 1030 am slot, but I've not seen the hair stylist until 11. Wasted my time and delayed almost 1hr. Not to mention they have hidden price, I already asked about the service and price beforehand but when I wanna the same service, they ask for different price. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed for 1 hour. Lack of staff + lots of customers = less quality service. The only one hairstylist there on my appointment day tried her best, but the hairwash experience was not comfortable at all! since she was in rush. But alhamdulillah the haircut was nice. Please, never promo on lower price if it's gonna be done with less quality or hidden service charge.
