★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there in Dec-20, the treament provided was good but quite dissapointed as it was during pandemic time and the staffs were not wearing face mask and even have to ask them to put on one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interested to do a treatment here because of the offers they offered verbally (can choose what types of facial treatment you want). Unfortunately, once paid, the offers were not “exist” actually, they already decided the treatment for you without being able to choose. The treatment was the basic one, you could get at anywhere else at a lower price actually.
And up until today, they keep on chasing me and my friend to come and offer us with different packages. And we need to keep blocking them whenever they try to reach us. To sum, total of 6-7 different numbers I get from this outlet trying to reach and offer me with another packages.
Sorry we are not interested anymore. We had to pay for the full packages and we didnt complete ours. Masa tarik pelanggan cakap lain, bila pelanggan datang, lain yang jadi. Bad experience ever.

Man/ Husband/ Boyfriend/ Fiance are not allowed to enter inside (behind the cover) but there are places for them to wait (also inside the place just that its divided via the curtain) The ladies who work there are friendly. Its a clean place. Nice music at the background as well.
If you're a Muslimah and need a place so you can have a time of your own without any fear of exposing yourself to other males, this is the place for you. Price are reasonable (they always do promotion as well, can always check out their official page on FB)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with Hannan Medispa Kepong. Initially wanted to dye my hair pink but end up getting colour ginger/bronze. My hair was bleached twice by them, they mess up the colour and didn't take any accountability especially the manager as she was the one guiding the hair stylist. They didn't feel guilty at all for damaging someone else's hair. They didn't just mess up my hair they messed up my sister hair as well. She wanted her hair to be purple, after they bleached her hair twice, and put the purple hair dye, the purple colour didn't show up on her hair at all. The manager had the audacity to blame my sister hair as to why the colour was not showing. All in all, if you want to experiment with unique colours on your hair, I won't recommend Hannan as they are not well experience. The worker even told me this has happen before but I guess they just didn't learn their lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! Booked appointment at 3pm. But at 3.30pm, still had to wait at the waiting area. There was a customer waited with us (3pax) since 2pm.
This is my 2nd visit, and I still dont feel welcome. This Manager and staffs should have customer service better and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD SERVICE! MY MOTHER SET APPOINTMENT AT 3:30 BUT SHE WAS LEFT UNATTENDED UNTIL 4:40!! ?? FYI my mother just had her hand fractured due to some injuries few days back and needed a saloon help for her hair! VERY DISAPPOINTING! And one of her staff can say "kami minta tunggu sekejap je tapi miss yang nak balik" ONE HOUR PLUS WAS NOT SEKEJAP JE! ??? STUPID SERVICE . DALAM KEDAI ONLY GOT ONE ADULT AND A KID TU PUN KAU BIARKAN ORG YANG TGH BERSIMEN TANGAN DUDUK LAMA LAMA UNTIL SHE GOT BACK PAIN AND DECIDED TO LEAVE! SANGAT TERUK. STAFFS AND THE SERVICE WAS SO HORRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. 6 hours for scalp treatment + relaxing only?? Keep on asking me to wait and i waited for hours with slowwww service and inexperienced staff.
Though they are nice to me but that won’t pay my patience and rm600+ for bad service. I regret and i rather go to any other salon that worth my money.
Highly not recommended. Not satisfied with hair as well. Please do better.
