★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crab is big. 2 for rm80 (Rm120 for 1kg crab updated 8/2/22). Salted egg flavour taste good. Eating together with fried man tou. Perferct combination. Order hokkien mee as well. Good taste. No dine in at the moment, only take away. Can pre order, quite fast. ? owner should improve on SOP, can saw a lot customer in and out the shop without wearing mask, some even just walk in without mask only find their seat. Must order their bamboo style cook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, Crabs is nice and price is reasonable.
only setback is the bamboo lala clear soup. Should have order the tomyam instead. Still is a good restaurant.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price, the squid and mantis shrimp is OK taste wise but generous portion even for the "small" option. The crab is large, fresh, meaty and tasty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying while in PD. The fried tang hoon was very delicious as recommended and is highly recommended. The nestum mantis prawn was also very delicious. Price was a reasonable Rm 130 for 5 dishes including fried frog

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for dinner as it was literally a stone's throw from where we stayed (the Grand Lexis). It's a small corner restaurant with limited parking but service is efficient and our waiter was very friendly. We ordered kam heong prawns, salted egg squid, tofu with crab meat, pucuk paku (local ferns) with belacan and a signature dish, bamboo lala (clams). The portions were very generous (we had to tapau the squid). The prawns (mixture of medium and large prawns) and squid were good and we enjoyed the tofu which had real crab meat. The pucuk paku was prepared very well as it was crunchy and not too salty. The clams were a miss for us, unfortunately. The sauce (meant to be tom yam, I think) was sweet and heavy whereas half of the clams weren't open. The final tab came up to RM 101.
Overall, it was a good experience as the service was good and most of the dishes were satisfying. We'd definitely consider returning when we visit PD next.
