★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad customer service, take criticism to better yourself and not use other accounts to comment on customer’s genuine review with very harsh language, not mentioning the poor English… every business owner should know customer experience is what provides better-men for businesses… my sister-in-law went twice to the shop despite the first poor experience to give the shop a second chance but they still failed at customer experience both times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Gwen and her team for a marriage proposal decoration at The Banjaran. Gwen will use their best endeavour to accommodate customer’s request in every possible way. Quick response, the decoration was excellent and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommended!
