★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I oftenly visit Happy Pooch for the grooming service for our fur kid and everything went well, except for today!
On 8 Aug'20 we came & drop by our toy poodle for fully grooming at 9:50am & one of the stuff mention around 12:30pm can come to collect, but then about 12:45pm I call them asking whether I can come to collect, and it come to my surprise they haven't done anything yet for our pup's!!!
I'm really upset on how unprofessional the staff there and miss interpret my words 'no rush' to become a very late in the evening.
Really dissapointed on how they're not taking a responsibility from what they have done!
EDIT: on the date itself, already clarify and you said ok, if really you guys short handed better inform in advance to make it clear! Don't make further excuse to justify your wrong doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grooming services with care and kindness.. the quality of cut is good and staffs are courteous in response to pick up of pets while lack of parking. They will collect and bring back pets from or to the vehicle at entrance without us going in to the premise. Save time and hassle..
