β β β β β 1. Owner is money minded. Over phone said RM30 for my 10kg puppy then when came over said RM40
2. Not sympathetic towards pets. Didnt wait for my puppy to calm down directly cut wash and trimmed his nails.
3. Not clean for everythg, there was puppy hair in his ears, claws still sharp, fur was badly blown until curved, not smooth. N was not polite when asked to trim his inner ear neatly. Didnt pluck the hair inside just straight on shaved because she has many customers to serve and no time to care.
4. Most importantly cruel to puppy. My 9 months old schnauzer had been to salon every week since born. Never seen him so scared before. Tail tucked behind, hearbeat pumping.
In other words, please be kind to the future puppies..im worried about them

β β β β β Bad service, no compassion for pets/animals. I sent my four kittens for grooming, came home with blood on their nails. All were cut too deep with very blunt clippers leaving blood stains and uneven deep cut nails. One of my kitten is in pain till it won't even allow the vet to examine her. Prices here are also not consistent, over the phone she quoted RM30 to RM35 but charged RM45 for a 3kg 08 month kitten.
The workers are also not professional they openly complain in front of customers. Not recommended to come here unless you want your pet to endure suffering and pain .
