Bbq chicken was average. Choices are overall limited if you do not consume beef. But their customer service is excellent :)
You're entitled for 10% discount if you're guest staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dessert and coffee. Ordered the brownie and a cup of black coffee. Brownie is good and coffee is very good. A little pricey but considering the quality of food, service, and overall how nice the place is, 5-star is easy to give.

the price.
Pros:
Loved the Hard Rock experience, we got a waitress named Sha who was excellent, easily one of the best servers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Super enthusiastic, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good meal.
Cons:
Burgers were lackluster - super dry and under seasoned. We requested a medium rare option but they all came well done.
Another disappointing thing is even if you’ve spent hundreds on your meal and hit the minimum spend for any promos they run, you don’t qualify for any discount at the Hard Rock shop unless you are also staying in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a night to usher in my birthday in January but forgot to share pictures. Nice place with a nice pool. The areas outside are pretty quiet due to lack of tourists. Went for a drink at the café but unfortunately the band wasn't there. There only perform on weekends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrating something this evening. Checking out the cafe from the last time we came way back before the Covid-19 strikes. Everything still pretty much the same and fine here. Live band is usually performing on Friday and Saturday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice stay. Room is relaxed with the sound of waves. And oh, the swimming experience was so good! As far of today, guest's mysejahtera needed to be checked at the reception counter. Lots of relaxing area by the pool and its connected to the beach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed at the hotel and booked for a dinner here with friends. need to book earlier to those who came because the place is fully booked sometimes. the staffs are very friendly and accommodative. food portions were big and full filling. very friendly server and fast service. really helpful with all of our requests. kids meals are also available. good portion for kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The covid SOP was super strict, which is good. The food was generally good, but there are less options available than the KL Hard Rock Cafe menu. I enjoyed the standard burger out of all our orders best. Please make a reservation, especially if it’s on a weekend!!
