โ โ โ โ โ Was here to get materials for wedding, and I am a +size guy. The moment I entered, one of the worker passed a nasty comment on my size. Which clearly was body shaming. Being a civilised individual, I immediately walked out. My 1st and last here.

โ โ โ โ โ We went there to ask for jippa. Asked for a design, immediately said don't have and dint event recommend anything else.
We asked for a few jippa to try on, and the lady salesperson dint even ask for size or remove the packaging before pass it to us.
Service is so bad. Dint buy anything as none there to serve the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ The service is horrible, lack of employee, all the Manager does is stand at the counter and use his Phone, when asked for helped he lazily point one piece and just walk off, when around to the front fitting room (they store Clothes there),than came back to the counter, our eyes were just following him thought he would suggest Us something else but he didnt he just wanted to run away. This is so annoying and irresponsible. Since there is less staff, atleast he could work with them, help the others take care of the unattended customer. But all he did was using his fon, standing at the one corner. Whatever, we ask the response would be โdont have or dont knowโ they wont take the effort to even help Us look for a size, very disapointing. The designs and the material quality was perfect, price are too pricy and they wont give you above 10% discount. This was my second time coming, the first time experience was worst where i need to Find and take the jeepa and kurta myself. I really Hope they can improve their customer service. Very disapointed.
