β β β β β Kalau sakit makan lah ubat. kesihatan paling penting untuk manusia. Kalau tidak sihat berapa kaya pun tak puas tidak seronok. Jaga kesihatan dulu baru boleh buat apa-apa. Tetapi apabila kita tidak sihat suka-suka makan ubat pun tak boleh. Ubat lebih makan pun berbahaya. Tidur awal bangun awal untuk kesihatan ok juga. Terlalu makan apa-apa pun tak baik,kita makanan buang pun tidak baik. Petang petang jalan-jalan makan angin pun baik. Pagi-pagi mandi pun baik. Minum air banyak pun baik juga. Ada sihat ada panjangkan umur... Betul kan.. Bye. Assalamualaikum
If you're sick eating is a medicine. most important health for humans. If it's not healthy how rich it is not satisfied is not fun. Keep yourself healthy just to do something. But when we do not like to eat, we can not. Drug over eating is dangerous. Early in bed wake up for health is ok too. Too eat anything bad, we do not waste food anymore. Evening evening eating the streets is good. Early morning shower was good. Drinking plenty of water is good too. There is a healthy lifespan ... It's right .. Bye. Assalamualaikum
