★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice setting, either eating in aircond inside inside, or nice breeze outside. Plenty of seats but food, most are sweet. Being in a hospital, they should at least set an example and eliminate the use of sugar in cooking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe serve mainly the staff and students of USM, but hospital visitors are welcome. The lunch's food selections are good and also relatively cheap. The ambience is relax, casual and clean. The cafe is a little bit out of the way, but finding it is really a gem in the crowded HUSM Kubang Kerian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible food and expensive price. Inappropriate high price for the nasi berlauk ... No price tag. The cashier simply look at it and charge "ikut cita rasa"... Some of the chicken not fresh ... Some chicken not properly cooked. Still can see raw chicken flesh and blood inside. There are few stalls outside the cafe... Especially the "masakan panas".. There's a fly being fried together inside the fried rice.
