Hello guys , some reviews about my recent unpleasant experience with this air conditioning service company . Please take reconsideration before take their service โ—๏ธ ~ they will only inform you 1 day before during evening their next day coming time . Even if youโ€™re pre book 3 days in advance . They will still telling you reschedule during last minute . ~ during appointments day today , they will suddenly let your appointment cancelled due to last min team meeting . There was a mishap the happen when the technician climbed onto the roof to service the air cond compressor and accidentally damaged the main water pipe. The owner of Harp Sheng acted urgently and quick to respond to the issue. He took responsibility and covered all damages together with the cost of water wastage as well. Thanks.

Air cond servicing & repair work was done in an ok manner however there is a lack of follow up on a still unusable cassette ac after repair work was completed. I have followed up with the service number multiple times over the last 2 months with no feedback.

A bit late, not on time but noting it's MCO period, likely to be slowed down if there is any roadblocks. Other than that, the technicians that came were professional, know what they are doing, etc.

Not recommended, Ordered thru kaodim, picked the 12.30 PM slot waited until 1.30 PM still no news. Didnt even bother to inform they're gonna be late. Only around 1.45 PM they called me and inform they'll come around 2 PM. But arrived at my place around 2.30 PM If you can't make it on the time that we request don't take the job.

1.The technician was 1 hour 15 mins late from the agreed time. After the technician promising the job will only take 15-20 mins for each AC I agreed for them to come. The job took 2 hours total. 2. After servicing one AC not even 15 mins after, massive water leak occurred and damaged my equipments at my gym area. My mats and gym equipments were badly affected. If only I can provide pictures here. 3. While servicing my second aircond, water dripped into my living room TV from the AC. Luckily the TV is not damaged. 4. The customer service is also extremely poor. After I complained through WhatsApp to the company, the only thing that person said is "are they still there?" No further communication or an apology since then until 2 days later asking for payment. Payment is made but I highly recommend people avoid this vendor. Worst experience I've had at Kaodim.

Due to some miscommunication (or lack of communication) issue couldn't be fixed even after twice servicing. But after lodging complain they are kind enough to offer third service and thorough inspection at no extra charges. That said, it's still best if can provide invoice and breakdown before asking for payment. As customers would want to know what exactly they're paying for. Even better, if technician is able to clearly communicate diagnosis and the reason for various repairs, customers get informed and feel assured. This serves as a means of QC when informed post-service discussion takes place between CS and customer, helps to keep track of those who take their job seriously or even walked the extra mile, and ensure a fair reward system in the company. It's obvious this win-win work culture will make you stand out in the competition, and not just another 'highly rated service provider'. Overall, good work and wish you best.
