★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest agents who promise and don't deliver. Cancel booking & hold back payment of deposit. Ask for account no.but never bank in payment. Always shift blame to company finance. Never do her job, instead of following up with her company finance for payment, she pushes client to deal direct with the company's finance. Company finance person pushes matter to agent. Client suffers. Is this a responsible agent? A responsible company? Better off dealing with other real estate company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of scammers & thieves. stay away from agents like steven lim, otherwise you will face ridiculous contracts, confiscated deposit, lots of lies, charge you to register the contract but never do it, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST AGENT EVER. Pls avoid CELINE CHIN. Spared my time for viewing but got chased out from the unit as she insisted I am an agent named Angel Tang. Was trying to clarify myself & she refused to listen and rejected my name card. I am so surprised that an experienced agent has such ‘professionalism’. She cancelled all the upcoming viewings as she said she has the right to do so despite me trying to clarify I am not that agent. However she started sending pictures of her so called Angel Tang claiming that I am ‘her’ after I left. Speechless. Most ridiculous incident ever happened to me. Called the company ‘hartamas real estate’ regarding this issue but got still no response from them so far. Very very very poor service.
