โ โ โ โ โ Dr Tan is a professional and good gynae. I had been a patient with Dr Tan during my first pregnancy. Delivered my baby girl under natural method. Recommended doctor.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited last year and saw the male doctor (forgot his name). Needed a routine check. He's polite however not very proactive. I needed to probe him by asking questions in order to understand my condition. He would answer quite briefly and no more, I felt rushed to leave. I asked the doctor to write some details of my condition for my own reference. He wrote some sentences in a piece of A4, and at cashier, I was billed I think RM80 for it. I was not pleased because the doctor didn't inform he will charge. I asked to waive it off and the doctor reluctantly obliged. Overall, I didn't feel I receive good care and evaluation from this doctor, will not come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ My wife and I used the clinic for our first child. At the time we went with the flow adn thought all was normal, but now we are having our second we have realised that the care given was not professional.
The doctor would regularly turn up over an hour, sometimes two hours late. He never apologised for making us wait there for that long.
We also felt pressured to take tests that we should have been given a more balanced overview of. It felt like we were being pressured to make decisions that made him money rather than were what we needed.
The doctor also recommended we try to induce the pregnancy when we have since found out it was totally inappropriate to do so as my wife had no complications and was only a day over her due date. Again, it felt like the advice was being given based on what would make the most money for the doctor.
Overall, having now experienced care elsewhere, we would not recommend the clinic and doctor.
