★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八月的星期天早晨，十点十五分，因为街角两百米处的那间著名面包店，门口实在找不到停车位，于是来到了这一家Hatch Bakery面包店，想给星期一上学的孩子们买一些面包做早点。
一进门，面包店里并没有顾客，在面包架上只有零零散散地摆放着一个、两个面包，孩子们想吃的火腿面包也只有两个，暗淡的色泽，干瘪的香肠……
于是开口轻轻的问柜台内的小姐姐：
“请问这是昨天的面包吗？”
“啊，你说什么？”她回复我。
“请问，这是昨天的面包吗？”我又问到。
“你看到我们正在包着吗？”她回复我。
“哦，现在早上10:10面包还比较少哦？”我又问到。
“你看到我们正在包着吗？”她又回复到。
“那待会儿来，会不会面包更多呢？”我问到。
“你看到我们正在包着吗？”她又回复到。
于是转身离开，想着待会儿再过来买，关上门的那一瞬间，听到她用方言说了一个字……
我想说的是，这里是做邻里生意的，请您注意一下您的服务态度。
我在这一区住了超过16年，看到了各式各样的商店开张迎客，关门谢客……
我知道服务的重要性以及零售店的服务优势与劣势。
我陈述了事实，表达了态度，也希望贵店能够反省与检讨，个人的形为与贵店的形象息息相关……
