★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took numerous (unanswered) attempts to contact them before my deposit was returned. Upon returning the car at Penang International Airport, I left the parking ticket in the sunshade, they claim to have 'lost' it and charged me RM50 extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental car broke down in Penang (brake issue) on the 10th day, first called George Town office, no answer, was getting worried but then contacted the numbers given to me on emergency list, advised to try driving it to penang airport, they instantly swapped the car with the same car (BRV). Was given great care and worry free transfer. Within 30 mins of breakdown I was back in a new car.
They also have direct pickup and Dropoff points right on the Penang Airport arrivals, no need for shuttle. They also located in KLIA2 airport.
I will be using Hawk in the future! My only request is that they fix up their phone redirection system in Penang head office or at least get a reception up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a car from hawk car rental and pick up in penang airport. We requested for a BRV however, we were given a Perodua Aruz instead. Its a brand new car however, it has poor horse power and we have a hard time driving up to cameron highland
