โ โ โ โ โ starting were ok but after a few months, the nurses became rude and the person in charge is not willing to help and dont even bother to reply family member's message. good luck

They treat my dad with care, constantly update his status.

โ โ โ โ โ Heal Park Care Centre took care of my mother during her final stages of dementia. While she was there, she was very well taken care of from the staff and head of Heal Park Care Centre.They made sure her daily needs and progress was communicated effectively to the family and gave us a heads up if there was a disruption from normal in her health. She was happy and interacting with the nurses there, where she would smile and tease them. We were happy to see her spirits lifted during her entire stay there. Also, trips to to the hospital were effectively scheduled and she was transported safely. All in all, we recommend the hands on approach Heal Park Care Centre has demonstrated in caring for our beloved mother. Thank you!
