She so professional when handle customer who have been swear n shouted at her but she still can handle it well.. Dear girl u did good today . :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such unethical pharmacist. My husband clearly asked for Baby Vicks and she gave normal Vicks (but smallest size tub. Who are you trying to cheat? ) Told my husband to bring it back to exchange only to find out they do not have stock for Bb Vicks. And she denied and insist its the same and didn't want to refund at first. Well there is a reason we asked for BABY Vicks (pink), at least consult and inform us first before you give us a different range product. Please change your so called 'pharmacist' what kind of professional who can't even prescribe a normal oilment. Can't imagine if someone were to ask for medication what medication will she prescribe wrongly.

I requested for them to arrange for delivery as my friend was tested positive and wanted to send a care package. She gladly helped me through out and the reply from Whatsapp was very fast and efficient. Keep up the good work !
