★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they try their best to meet your needs. They have a wide variety of products there so you’ll generally find what you need.
The place is clean and well taken care of. Kudos to that.
The parking is sort of easy, the area isn’t overcrowded at any point of time.
The price however, is expensive at this pharmacy. So, 4 stars for that reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to buy some self-test kits. Entered and stood right in front of one Chinese and malay staff for good 30 seconds. They were too busy chatting and didn't even bother to ask me what am I looking for. Went to Caring Pharmacy which is on the same row. As soon as I entered, two staff greeted me, assisted to check-in, sanitize the hands and temperature check. And then asked me what am I looking for. After that, walked pass this pharmacy again, the staff were still busy chatting. There you go, a dissatisfied healthlane customer but a satisfied Caring pharmacy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Up to 90 percent of customers won't return to your pharmacy if ur shop doesn't social distancing, A pharmacist is NOT a doctor and you have potentially led to harm to the patient and everyone else the patient was in contact with. Shame on you! 0 STARS! Probably it’s just coincidence it’s their home brand . 2 days later, I went there to get medication for my dad and I have the doctor medication letter with me. Went to the pharmacy again, a different pharmacist approached (as usual, very friendly), I gave the letter, the first medication is antibiotic, so she can’t suggest any brand. The second medication, she later suggest me, ask me if it’s ok if she introduced a better supplement, i thought, why not? When she showed me the medicine, my first thing is to turn behind and see which company produced this (due to my first encounter) It’s HL Pharmaceutical again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Randomly walked in to buy a covid test kit, expect to buy and go, but the cashier was so friendly and ask if I know the direction of use. I told him im the first time user. Then, she take out the paper and taught me step by step, even showed me the youtube video! The service is amazing and professional! Would recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist is so patient and friendly. She spent almost half an hour to talk on my mum’s knee pain problem and gave alot of useful advices. The shop provides many types of blood test including uric acid test which can get result on the spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a nearby pharmacy to buy some supplements, visited here and was very happy with their services! For a detail-orientated person as I am I was checking through all the contents of the supplements and the staffs are sooo patient with me and gave me all the available products to compare and gave me helpful opinions to stern my decision hahaha.
A day couldn't be made more happy than meeting friendly staffs and willing to talk through my never ending consideration of making a decision!
