★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer for i plus pharmacy for 2 years. This pharmacy staffs attitude changed once they changed to Health Lane. Disappointed on their new pharmacist incharged, not knowledgeable and not friendly at all. It was so different when Mr.Lim and Ms.foo around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday I went to this pharmacy which I used to frequently visit since its opening but then I realized things had changed, new staffs and not well trained . I wanna buy a medicine named myonit as I feel chest discomfort at that moment but when I enter the pharmacy there is nobody came to serve me. I waiting for 10min then only 1 Malay staff & 1 singh pharmacist came to serve me, I show them the medicine name but they can't find the medicine in shelf and said it is not available. I feel so much disappointed with the current service that is given by this pharmacy now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two Chinese female staffs at Menglembu Pharmacy let’s those customer who’s not queue pay first, ignore me twice when I’m queue in front of the cashier counter, even let other customer cut queue and no social distancing, force me to step behind to let her customer do settlement first. Bad service and bad attitude.
