β β β β β Been to other hehealthland but this branch some of the massuers are bad. After massage have a bad headache and stiff neck pain. Had to see the doctor to get pain killers. Won't recommend the Thai massuers, too rough. Get the Indonesian massuers instead they are much more easy and gentle.

β β β β β I like the heathland brand but this branch, I will never visit this branch purely because they tried to con us when we called up to ask about their promo that we saw on Facebook. They refused to tell us what the actual price is, which was very different from what their promo offered. I even had to calculate it for them, and they still tried to be dishonest. Basically, it just left such a bad taste in my mouth that we decided to cancel our booking. No one likes to feel like they are being ripped off

β β β β β Massage depends on the mood of the Thai Massage aunties. Some weeks is ok , some week is like you insulted their ancestors and they're taking revenge. Even after i said many times that it's painful, they press even harder. It's so uncomfortable. Most of their Aunty is like that, simply press and don't care about your comfort. Don't get 176. Horrible vengeful person.

β β β β β I visited healthland bangsar on the last day of my 3 days trip to kuala lumpur. It was the first time I had a full body Thai massage. I must defenitely say it was just wow.. The rooms are so clean with dim light. Perfect place to relax and there massage was wow.

β β β β β The set up is excellent. Very clean and very conducive for massage. The best in Bangsar but the massage is TERRIBLE. They will murder you. My wife complained too same day. Very painful and no skill or not trained. Massage hard or soft will not be painful if they are trained. They go after your BONES which is killing and especially when they use their upper arm. Despite telling them itβs painful they say no Sir you got problems as we are very soft already. This is not massage. Your whole body will be painful all over. At least once a week I go for massage and decided to try this place before lunch next door. Itβs a no no for massage

β β β β β It isnt too difficult to find the location with big signage on the front. Grab driver can navigate quite easily. Mind the time you bookn though cuz this area is quite jammed at certain hour and days. I booked for an hour Thai Aromatherapy Massage. The interior was nice and clean. The room is also well arranged. The massage itself is just OK. I went here 2x.. the quality of therapist was quite different. the first one I had a good therapist with just right pressure and stroke. The 2nd one was a bit too slow and soft.

β β β β β they have 2 outlets in bangsar village. Level 1 and Level 3. i went to Level 3 in dec 2021, not sure why in google they still put temporarily closed. The customer service over phone call was good, most of the outlet picked up the call fast and friendly. they arranged a couple room for us, traditional massage and aromatheraphy massage each. We're late for 30 minutes from the appointment time due to raining and hard to parking. The receptionist told us that normally they need to reject us but luckily the next booking was cancelled. The massage experience was okay but if given to the price we paid, i think it could be a lot more better. The masseur follow SOP with mask and face shield with gloves. I saw in their FB they did put the disposable bed sheet but it did not happen during our visit. The environment was quiet and i didn't hear any music inside the room. Maybe will return again during promotions
