Came for fave offer. Nice massage from masseur, felt very relaxed and did get the body feeling much better after the massage. Environment is very clean and cosy and definitely covid-safe!

Please do not fooled with any promotion from Healthland. After you buy any product, it is really difficult to get slots for massage. This shop hardly respond to the phone call and online booking is not really available. You get more stressed to make reservation. Even I don’t wanna give 1 star for this poor service.

Poorly managed establishment. Tried to make booking via phone call for several times but forever engaged. There was a so-called call center to direct my line to this outlet but couldn't get through. Decided to make a visit during non-peak hours and was told there is no enough masseur/masseuse; ask me to wait for another hour. This is the third time same thing happened to me. I will ban Healthland for life. Smaller establishment like Happyfeet is way better.

Poor experience where the massages were noisy. The sound of plastic apron rubbing against my body is louder than the background music. Message to management: Your masseuses are already wearing gloves, a mask and a face shield, you need a loud plastic apron for??? This is unnecessary plastic wastage. Don’t be idiots, the apron is NOT for safety measures. You’re just short of wearing a PPE suit, and your masseuses can work in the ER.

Been using their sevices past 4 years, but in 2022 they are at an all time low for services. 1) Near impossible to make a booking, even if you signed up for the package as everyone else (walk-in) can book ahead and don't show up. 2) Package has a limited timeframe to utilize but then you can't use it up within that time if they keep claiming to be fully booked. 3) Excuse always not enough people but still got happy hour promotion? Management should look at their strategy! 4) Near useless online web system for booking. 5) Difficult to get them on the phone. 6) They claim that people made booking 1 week ahead...same old story. Always can't get slot even a week ahead they said booked already. Spend your money elsewhere, don't even bother signing up for any packages. Management, if you are reading this, you have my h/p number...u can call me anytime.

A very unfriendly and impolite receptionists who want to cheating you and offer you services at a regular price when the price is for happy hours and promotions. The online application is buggy, does not display online payments, so be careful when paying online, but this problem should not worry customers. Receptionists take advantage of this situation and try to impose more expensive services. It is a pity that the salon management does not pay attention to unfriendly staff who cannot solve problems, but only thinks how to take more money from the client. Very disappointed because my friend had advised me this salon but I don’t want to face such a bad service again(((

Masseurs are pretty good! Enough pressure and cracks to end the session. Bliss~ they are in face mask and wear glove. Safe enough for me. Book early to ensure u get a slot!

Bad service from the Myanmar receptionist guy. Not friendly. Trying to act professional & yet does not not reach that level. Do not have the courtesy to explain to the customer about the treatment. Simply charge. I did not not ask for oil or balm or norm foot massage treatment. He just charged me rm98 (oil) including some rm3 (don't know what hygiene stuffs) When I asked the reason, he just simply answered for the sake of get rid of me. Terrible. Next, it is so not hygienic that you do not wash the foot before the massage. Just a spray to start off the massage? Is not good enough. Everyone wearing that slippers of yours. You don't tell me that you do wash all the slippers after each guest using it? No greeting too when I leave. What can I say? This guy only want sales but no proper service. Is a 1 time thing. You won't get any repeat customers with this kind of attitude. I give ????? to the Myanmar guy masseur. He is professional. Short guy ?? Well done
