Kedai yang bagus.. Pelbagai jenis equipment untuk kesihatan dan merawat ada jual disini .. Saya bagi full 5 stars..!!! ??? Kepada ibu bapa yang bayi nose blocking, nose cleaner tube ada jual disini.

Excellent staffs who will handle every customer patiently and with utmost respect. Staffs are also knowledgable and are very helpful every single time. Not every shop can we see such people. Keep it up !!!

I'm a new mom and live in Germany. My parents home is in Banting. After giving birth I'm staying here for meantime. I'm more into online shopping because I have chance to buy and If in case not satisfied with something I always get good service online from whomever I bought the item. So during this Home Quarantine time this is what I was doing. Buying everything online.. Happened to be my brother and and his wife (who is a doctor)this shop. Recommended that I would get everything from this shop. Despite after C - section and also quarantine time, I still drove and went to the shop. While I was there, I must say the staffs there ( Malay Girls) are very helpful. So, I saw the Autumz baby bottle steriliser and steamer. Needed one and instead of buying online I decided to buy it on the same day. Spend about RM400 in total buying various stuffs. Came home, in the evening my sister got me another strilizer as a gift for the baby. So , since the shop just in Banting and I was told that I could exchange or refund within 2 days I went back next day to the same shop for refund. For my disappointment the staffs called the owner, a Chinese lady and she mentioned to the staff the item cannot be refunded or exchanged. I explained to the staffs that the box was not even open and the staff decided to put me on call with the owner. The Chinese lady ( the unfriendly) , said in one sentence that I can't change it or refund. She started to say I'm asking for refund because I am Mean??!! I'm not not sure what she meant but bottom line is she was rude and not willing to listen to me or to my explanation. So, the bottom line is I regret going to the shop????????. I should have just ordered online as I always do. This shop is a typical Chinese shop who just want customers to spend their money but the after service is totally horrible. Not friendly or not even they attempt to give another solution. I'm not saying all Chinese shops are such but 80 percent of the time the owners are just rude and not willing to help a customer. For me, I can always resell this item online or give it away as gift for someone but the point I'm trying make here is, physical shops and shop owners should be aware, most of the items you are selling in your shop is available online and we don't really need to waste time to drive and go the the shop buy anything. If you want to sustain good flow of customers and good review you really need be on top in your service to customers after sales too BCS these are the people who going to rate you, recommend you to others and also go back again to your shop just because your services. Next time, if I really need to buy baby stuffs I'll go to Anakku in Banting or just relay on my Shoppee or Lazada. The whole experience was so disappointing because my husband also felt that the service is bad. He as a foreigner, I always proudly told him how good our Malaysian customer service but unfortunately this shop have proved the other way around. I don't really recommend this shop for anyone and better if you order from good seller in Shoppee or Lazada. ????????? Or try other baby shops in Banting like Anakku.
