โ โ โ โ โ I sent a WhatsApp to this Florist after their operating hours last night - around 7pm. It was an urgent order that I need them to deliver condolences flowers to a family friend's home before 10am today. This florist not only responded so quickly via WhatsApp but also completed the flowers to perfection (exactly or better than the catalogue they sent) by 8:30pm! They re-opened their shop to prepare the order so that they can meet the delivery time. That's what we call customer service and going beyond to assist. Extremely happy to recommend their service.

โ โ โ โ โ They rejected me when I want to buy fresh rose for my kids teacher. This place was difficult to park your car, then had to climb stairs to the 2nd floor shop and they rejected me at the door. Very bad service
