โ โ โ โ โ I will not recommend this shop if you planning to send your pet here to do grooming. I came here few times, previous service was not bad, however yesterday I sent my cat here to do lion cut, they called me around 8pm and told me that they can't finish it by today and asked if I could pick my cat up today by 8pm. I said OK if I can pick my cat up tomorrow but I must pick my cat up by 12pm because this is so unreasonable. I sent my cat here around 12pm yesterday 24 hours you still can not finish? I came to this pet shop by 1130am and it is not open called the person I charge and he did not pick up. Man my cat is like my child this is so irresponsible I will not come back again. So disappointed

โ โ โ โ โ Never come to this place ever! My puppy came back with cat fleas all over after being groomed. Called to tell them and they claim it was the comb that they used and basically just shrugged it off they didnโt even offer a flea bath for my puppy.

โ โ โ โ โ Basically they hv all daily use products. Fresh pork & chicken is gd. Only problem is if they can use mobile no. for points it would be convenient instead of carrying the members card which we sometimes forget when we are out already ?
