★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security is too rigid. Security guards don't allow taxis to drive in and pickup their clients. Inconvenient for people to walk out to the exit 300 metres away especially if they have their hands full. Not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant safety officers, when transport contractors. As we enter the company, it's right that we comply with their safety rules. If we had forgotten to wear our safety west. It is like a serious crime, they will ban you from entering their company by informing your company, without investigating, or even informing you about the great offen. Surely they will not do this with their customers.(Do THEY CARE IF THE CONTRACTOR WAS THEIR LOYAL COSTOMER? ) As a 40th trucker we are earning our living. You should at least give them a warning 1st, instead of directly. Baning by surprise. Which means you come in front of their gate. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is the worst ever and they don't care at all if their customers lose money (especially if you aren't a HUGE client - so small businesses, stay away!!!). All they care about is increasing their prices arbitrarily, and treating their customers like we should feel grateful for the fact that we are 'allowed' to buy their substandard products while having to put up with their abysmal service. But obviously, this is what you get when you don't have other choices of suppliers. Duopolies create substandard products and services. You'd think the government would've figured that out by now.
